Hello again Dave,

So I deactivated the AMP for WP Plugin, and now the mobile format is working, but there is a blank space between the top post on the blogroll and the topbar with a code that reads “asdsadasd,” which can also be seen on the computer version as well. How do I fix this, in addition to the top bar widgets not showing up either on the computer and mobile versions?

I appreciate your help, by the way!

Ok, maybe I’m sure about my decision now. I have activated the pro version and none of my content has loaded ? is there a how to start guide for this theme. Other themes load my exisiting content, which then requires adjustment. I have none ? thanks for some help

Hello, I see on the wordpress site that the theme I purchased in good faith, meaning i wasn’t aware it hadn’t been updated for more then two years. Two questions, why does it not activate on selection ? and if it hasn’t been update I request a refund of the purchase price – thank you … Invoice ID: SKTThemes-40450

WOrked it out. Theme needs to be activated to be able to see all the features.

So I’ve installed the latest version of Complete Pro (the older 1.1 is called Complete so there is no clash) but haven’t activated it. Just want to get a feel for how to work with it before I make it live.

When choosing the newly created Home Page and then Edit with SKT Page builder, I don’t see the Home Section tool. Everything else is there but no Home Sections are available.

Kindly check for conflicting plugins disable all of the plugins and see if it works.

If its working fine then some plugin is conflicting. Activate them one by one to find out which one is causing problems.

Download the latest theme and then activate some other theme, delete the old theme and upload and activate the new theme.

If anyone faces issues or problems while downloading demo content for the PAGE BUILDER THEMES using the following step as shown in the image file: https://imgur.com/Nord0qq

Kindly follow the below steps to set up your demo content:

1. Activate “file manager” plugin and download demo data from current theme folder demo-data/demo-data.xml
or alternatively within the theme zip file you can extract it and get the demo-data.xml from within demo-data folder.

2. Deactivate theme-demo-import plugin.

3. Activate WordPress importer plugin Tools > Import

4. Upload demo-data.xml in the above import area.

5. Wait for some time fo the XML to import. Once you get “Have Fun” message kindly visit appearance menus and assign “Header” menu to “Primary Navigation”. Similarly Footer menu to footer navigation and save each time.

6. Lastly visit settings>readings and set up static page: “Home” as Homepage and “Blog” as posts page from dropdown.

Kindly manage the homepage via pages and edit with SKT Builder.

That’s it.

No Dave, we are a real business we dont have slow internet, also before we contact tech support we checked:

With another browser.
Incognito mode.
With Another computer.
With another network.

In every case SKT Builder gets stuck at 85%.

We also deactivate all the plugins.

Thats the only website that does not load completely, the rest works fine.

This is like the 6th time I contact Tech support in this single theme what a nightmare.

The Jewellery Theme I was using at http://www.elvirajude.com has crashed beyond repair. It was updating and deleting plugins, and kept getting the error message that the site is experiencing technical difficulties. I couldn’t do anything, everything was failing. So I changed the theme, and I was able to finish deleting and updating plugins. Problem is, when I changed back to Jewellery theme, the new theme is still there, with scattered bits of the jewellery theme. I tried to restore to my back up from yesterday, but the theme wasn’t restored. All the plugins I deleted and updated returned, but the Jewellery theme remained broken.

I deleted it and reinstalled it. But when I activated it, the Jewellery theme was still broken! I don’t know what to do. I was supposed to go live with the site today and my customer really liked how it looked! I am stumped and need help urgently to get the site looking the way it should again. Even when I change themes, the jewellery theme elements are still on the site and I don’t know what to do except maybe to build from scratch again!

I was able to find a fix on the forum for number 2.

I was able to deactivate plugins to figure out what was interfering with the logo tab as mentioned in number 4. I now have a logo! 🙂

No fix yet for the site animation being inconsistent and the home section overlap. Please help with 1 & 3 above.

Hi,

Plugin wasn’t activated for the network and only activated for a single install and hence wasn’t loading and stuck at 85%.

Either you should use multisite network cautiously knowing its limitations or else kindly use single site installation to face such problems.

Hi,

We have added the Home – Front Page and blog page.

Kindly go to Appearance >> themes >> Activate Sportsman theme and set your data instead of default.

Hi,
I have dowloaded the Sportsman theme. I have NOT activated it. I wanted to work in Live Preview first. When I go to set up the home page, I go to Homepage Settings > A static page. My problem is that under Home Page:
1) I cannot see the “Front Page” option (see https://i.imgur.com/VNWeeUd.png)
2) I cannot see the “Blog” option (see https://i.imgur.com/Txkd58D.png).

Your documentation shows Front Page and Blog (see https://i.imgur.com/Qb8RLUk.png).

Is there something missing from my download?

I am working on https://www.ungooroo.com.au (the HVAC Cleaning theme is still active on this site but I want to move to the Sportsman theme).
