This website has a correctly activated “Store Notice” message that was displayed in all sections of the website until the latest updates. We don’t know if it was due to a WordPress or WooCommerce update that stopped the message from appearing. Our client reported the issue to us a couple of days ago, after confirming that the store notice was no longer visible.

After several tests, we can confirm that it’s a theme issue (Furinture Store). We’ve tried installing and activating another theme (Hello Elementor), and the “store notification” appears correctly. A screenshot is attached: https://imgur.com/a/7zCPDD1

How can we fix this?

We send login details to WP through the contact form in case you need access to review it.

Hi,

We check, and this is not a theme issue; it’s a plugin-related error. Kindly deactivate all plugins, and after deactivating the plugins, clear the browser cache and check and ask about this error to the plugin provider. If this error is showing after deactivating all plugins, please share a screenshot and login details.

everytime i upload demo content it gives me an error and i made sure all my plugins were deactivated

Hi Dave!
That worked really well.

Now I would like to know if you can change the behavior. In the Max Mega Menu settings there is the following option: “Overlay content –
If enabled, the mobile sub menu will overlay the page content (instead of pushing the page content down). This will only work if the menu/header is not sticky.”
Regardless of whether I activate this or not, the content is always pushed down. However, it would look better if the menu was overlaid over the page.

The demo content in the Pharma theme has these great bubbles on the home page that animate when you mouse over them. Is this a Woocommerce feature or is there some way I can activate that look and function without WC? I won’t need the commerce features but would like to use those bubbles to link to other content in the site.

Hi,

I think this is happening due to plugin conflicting.

Kindly check for conflicting plugins. Disable all of the plugins and see if it works.

If it’s working fine, then some plugin is conflicting. Activate them one by one to find out which one is causing problems.

I have created child theme and successfully activated with below comment in style.css. But Child’s theme style.css is not working after I add up add_action in function.php using below code:

This error was removed to deactivate the “Salon Booking WordPress Plugin – Free Version” plugin, so this is a plugin-related issue. Kindly ask about this error to the plugin provider or plugin support.

Here, we have identified a conflict with the “ShortPixel Image Optimizer” plugin. We have deactivated this plugin, and it is now functioning properly. Please use another plugin in its place.

How do I add all the SKT elements into Elementor’s Element Manager so that I can choose SKT plugins alongside other add-on companies plugins?

Currently, when I look in Element Manager I see the Elementor, Elementor Pro, and WordPress widgets but, none else. Even if I add a plugin, say the SKT-Appointment and activate it, the plugin does not show in Element Manager.

Also, is there a way to install more than one plug-in simultaneously, or all of them, so I can pick and choose? On that topic, does SKT provide any kind of tool similar to Element Manager so we can review, choose, and install more easily?
