    BTW, I’ve deactivated “smush”. That did help with the load time slightly. Still having the other issues mentioned above.

    Kindly check for conflicting plugins disable all of the plugins and see if it works.

    If its working fine then some plugin is conflicting. Activate them one by one to find out which one is causing problems.

    Hi, my websites including this one has crashed on my wordpress multi network:

    go to the above link and you will find that it has been crashed, i just updated the wordpress and realize that the website has crashed, so have no idea that this wordpress update is the reason or something else.

    I tried to activate the default theme and deactivating different plugins including the cache but no luck.

    Please have a look and solve.

    Please try again and logout en try to login. All plugins are deactivated now and the theme is hestia again. Put it back on luxurt, log out en try to log in please.

    Kindly check for conflicting plugins, disable all of the plugins and see if it works.

    PLEASE read this carefully (or go back and read the entire thread) before you reply. You updated the SKT FULL WIDTH PRO theme to support additional Google Fonts. You also installed a plugin called WPide (not sure what it is). The theme does not work with the changes you made. THIS IS NOT THE THEME YOU SEE WHEN YOU GO TO THE WEBSITE. If you read the comments you will see that because the theme isn’t working, we have activated the old FREE SKT FULL WIDTH theme, which is what you see when you go to www.meditate-wnc.org. Yes, it’s working when you look at it, because it’s not the theme that has the problem.

    In order to fix the problem, you will need to log in using the credentials I sent you and switch to the SKT FULL WIDTH PRO theme. Then you will see the problem, which is displayed in the screen shots in this thread. We cannot leave it on the bad theme because it isn’t working properly. If you need new credentials, let me know.

    I really appreciate all of the help you are providing, but we can’t get it fixed if you don’t understand what the problem is. I’m happy to provide further clarification if you need it. Please let me know. Thank you!

    Hello!
    After to update the php release, my SKT Builder doesn’t load the blocks at all.
    Furthermore the homepage does not display the layout correctly, as if the plugin is deactivated.
    how i can solve it?

    I installed the Pro version of the Maintenance Services Pro theme, installed and activated all plugins and proceeded to install the demo content. It just gets stuck on “Importing, please wait!” and will not load. Can you please help.

    Thanks for your quick action with this one! Breadcrumbs look very good now, thanks again.

    I’ve noticed another kind of pressing issue on the site: All the theme elements are not working properly on the website, for example the CTA buttons & sidebar element colours & the theme fonts and anchor link colours. I am trying to decipher the cause for this issue & if the problem is in the theme, in the plugins or the recent WordPress update.

    The problem originally started about a month ago when I ran out of theme updates & support. I managed to keep the problem under control by manually updating all plugins (or so I think).

    Now that the theme updates and support have been activated again I noticed that if I visit the website in an incognito browser the problems there persist. Maybe the problems never really went away but I just saw an old browser cache of the website.

    I updated a few photos in Imgur that show how the website looks like now with the issues (first picture) and how the website should look like (second picture). Here is a link to the pictures: https://imgur.com/a/jCUuJNH . Could you have a look and help me understand the cause of the issue?

    We have checked, you have used 29+ plugins in your site. So this might be a plugin conflict issue.

    Kindly check for conflicting plugins disable all of the plugins and see if it works.
