SKT Page Builder, can't save page

Hello,

I’m using the Sportsman Pro Theme. When I edit one of my pages with SKT Page Builder, for some reason I can’t save it anymore. The Save button keeps spinning.
All my pages are created with the SKT Page Builder. So I’m really stuck now.

Hopefully you can help me solving this.
If you need admin login, please let me know how to safely send it.

Hi,

Kindly check for conflicting plugins disable all of the plugins and see if it works.

If its working fine then some plugin is conflicting. Activate them one by one to find out which one is causing problems.

Thanks for your quick response.

I just disabled all plugins, except the SKT Page Builder.
That didn’t help. Still a modification is not saved.

Issue resolved.

Issue was coming up in your config file and WP-Optimize.
Clean, Compress, Cache ( this plugin create issue used some other cache plugin )

I tried to edit an existing page, eg. Badminton page.
I want to remove the background image from the elements, so that it becomes white again.

Removed it from the top level section. Save, still spinning!

Hi,

Kindly delete cache and cookies do a forced refresh.

To do a forced refresh kindly follow below instructions:

Windows/Linux:
1. Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button.
2. Or, Hold down Ctrl and press F5.

Mac:
1. Hold Shift and click the Reload button.
2. Or, hold down Cmd and Shift key and then press R.

I tried several browsers, cleaned the Cache, even went to a clean Virtual Machine, but still I can’t save a page edited by the Page Builder.

Can you please check again what goes wrong here.

Hello Brad,

For a short period of time it did work. I could make changes to our page jazzdans and save them.
Later I tried other pages, again spinning save button and no save. Also the jazzdans page could not be changed anymore.

I did saw parser error in the chrome browser. Not sure if this has something to do with it.
I’m puzzeled on this, hopefully you can help me to resolve this.

Hello Brad,

Meanwhile I narrowed the save problem down to one page, the jazzdans page. First I removed a big picture from one of the columns. That didn’t help. Then I removed a hyperlink to Instagram. After that it worked again! I don’t know why, but once I put it in again, it fails to save.

For the moment I believe I’m fine again.
