Hi,
I am wanting to use the “CoWorking” theme for a client because I really like the way the design elements overlap. For example, the Home Section 1 image overlapping the slider slightly. But, I couldn’t see from reading the documentation how the spacing is handled to achieve the overlap. In fact, I think in the cut and paste portion of the documentation, the Home Page Section 1 code doesn’t include the image on the right. Can you clarify how to get the overlapped look? Thanks!

This is an just CSS effect. We made this overlapping effect using by CSS.

It’s built into the theme 🙂

April 20, 2019 at 7:06 pm #121986One other quick question… the design element that is the divider entitled “fancy title separator”. Is that something that can be edited? My client has a rounded logo so would prefer rounded elements, or to not use this separator at all.

DaveApril 22, 2019 at 8:17 pm #122090I haven’t selected a template yet, as I’m trying to decide which is the best. If I select CoWorking, once I start the development, could you send CSS to change the “fancy title separator”?

Yes of course

DaveJune 15, 2019 at 5:40 am #125148I’m using the theme now and having issues with the design elements. https://www.thelouisvillequest.com/
1) The first home section doesn’t overlap the slider like in the demo. I tried to reduce the borders with CSS, but couldn’t make it overlap. Please send CSS so the first home section overlaps like the demo.
2) The menu bar runs off the right side of the screen in full page mode. If I reduce the size the menu sizes properly, but then the top bar right text links become inactive.
3) I have the site animation turned on, but the only homepage section that shows the animation is section 4. Based on the demo, all my sections should have animation in them.
4) This is a big deal… I don’t have a tab to add our logo on the site. There should be a menu selection for it, but for some reason my site builder doesn’t have it. Your documentation shows a text and image tab… but I don’t have them!!
June 16, 2019 at 1:04 am #125156I was able to find a fix on the forum for number 2.
I was able to deactivate plugins to figure out what was interfering with the logo tab as mentioned in number 4. I now have a logo! 🙂
No fix yet for the site animation being inconsistent and the home section overlap. Please help with 1 & 3 above.
Thanks!
June 17, 2019 at 7:06 am #125213Hi,
Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:
.slider_community .owl-stage-outer { margin-top:-110px;}

DaveJune 17, 2019 at 5:01 pm #125298Awesome, thanks… that helped with question 1.
I still have the dilemma of the site animation not being consistent. Home sections 2 and 3 don’t move like the demo.
Thanks for your help. 🙂
