I’m using the Perfect Accounting theme and the slider no longer loads. I’ve gone through and deactivated all of the plugins and reactivated it and nothing changes. I removed the image completely and it still won’t load. How can I resolve this?

Please try again, not sure whats causing it, but i have deactivated a plugin that may be causing it

We checked, They are not footers of the theme, they are coming from the plugin.

If you don’t need this plugin then deactivate it.

1. The header image is still not loading properly on mobile, it remains white for a long time, then a broken image icon appears and then it will show after about 5-6 seconds??

Kindly check for conflicting plugins disable all of the plugins and see if it works.

If its working fine then some plugin is conflicting. Activate them one by one to find out which one is causing problems.

2. The page loads very slowly??

Ans: Kindly use compressjpeg.com or tinypng.com to reduce sizes and compress all your images and reupload them.

Lastly kindly use WP Fastest Cache plugin and ask hosting to have Zend Op Cache and PHP Server cache applied to your site or if they have NGINX available get them to use that.

With all the above steps i am sure your site will be faster. Theme is just part of the entire WordPress website ecosystem and our themes are coded to be faster.

Thank you. I have the pro version. But Elementor did not activated. It was installed earlier. Do I need reinstall it or what I need doing?

I installed the hvac theme which i downloaded from my account still active for all theme till September 2021, but the slider banners and top menus are not activated after installation and importation of demo contents.

Please help with advice on how to activated the slider and top menus on the home page.

I upload 38 images to gallery with 3 categories ( Our latest Work Section). the Site home page shows only 10 images.

I deactivated all plugins bus saving is still not possible. I had this issue before temporarily (last week), then it was working again and now broken since days.
