Good evening. I bought the Bed and Breakfast theme from you. But I have a problem. The home and some pages have an annoying flickering on the screen. know that I can not also create new steps it is the same no more than 85%??

Ans: There can be two reasons for 85% stop loading ??

1. Builder never reaches 100%. It stops at 85%.:

Kindly go to Settings >> General Settings >> And changed the site addresses to https.

2. Kindly check for conflicting plugins disable all of the plugins and see if it works.

If its working fine then some plugin is conflicting. Activate them one by one to find out which one is causing problems.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly but this doesn’t help me. When I go to Appearance/Theme Options my screen is nothing like on the instructional video. It just consists of an orange box with links for Upload Logo, Colour Option, manage Slider etc. Our Team was already set up and activated when I loaded the theme so I edited the dummy names but I need to edit the header image on the individual’s page as well as the Our-Team page but I cannot find either of them. Hope this makes sense.

I hadn’t installed any extra plugins, but I went ahead and tested this out anyway. Even with EVERYTHING deactivated, the animation still does not work.

One of the things I was working on when the animation stopped working… I was using the below shortcode on a separate page.

It’s a shortcode from your other themes (I think a theme that uses SKT Builder and not Elementor), one that was not included in the demo content for this one (SKT-ACTOR, which uses Elementor). The shortcode DID work though… But I’m wondering if using the shortcode somewhere else on the site could be responsible somehow?

I have downloaded the Design Agency PRO theme ZIP
I have then uploaded it to my WordPress site

1) there does not seem to be a way to apply the demo site to the theme. So, I have activated the WordPress importer (Tools – Import) and then loaded in the demo from within the theme zip. Although it seems to have created the relevant pages all pages are the same. It has not worked. I have also downloaded and activated the Elementor plugin. Can you help me apply the demo content for the Design Agency theme to my WordPress site, please?

2) I have tried creating a new page using Elementor and I get a message that says ‘The Preview could not be loaded’ – I switch to safe mode and nothing happens. Can you help, please?

1. The menus are not working on the mobile version. I’m viewing it via Chrome on an Android?

Ans: Kindly go to plugins >> SKT Template >> Deactivate it.

2. the sliders are not transitioning on any version?

Ans: Kindly edit frontpage/slider.php file, go to line number 14 and make below changes:

running: true,
paused: false,
stop: false,

Still have a major issue with not being able to edit a page with Elementor. When I try to edit a page with Elementor I get a message that say’s ‘The preview could not be loaded’. I have raised it as an issue here and also searched the internet for solutions. I have tried all solutions I could find…… deactivating plug ins, re-installing Elementor Theme, clearing browser cache etc.

This has been a few days now and I have not been productive at all.

Do you have a list of potential issues/solutions taht I can try please?

Otherwise the SKT themes are pretty useless to me.

I was expecting things to be quite straightforward… 1) Purchase the themes 2) Upload theme to WordPress site 3) Activate the theme 4) Import demo site 5) Start editing/building site
