Hi!

I tried emailing you but I still have no response so I guess this is the place where I can ask some questions.

I just recently bought the bundle and opted for Magazine Pro Template to install on my website.

Unfortunately, I can’t even customize it with either WordPress Editor or the SKT Builder which only loads until 85%.

Also, with Elementor, my most desired builder to customize my website, I can’t even use it as well as there are errors. I deactivated all plugins, but still, Elementor won’t work so I guess the problem is the theme itself.

But this seems quite complicated. Is there a way that I can use Elementor builder for this template?

Hello Dave,

Thanks for your reply and the advice. I have disabled CDN. Unfortunately, the SKT themes remains broken, both on the homepage and other pages created with the theme as template.

Meanwhile, I have tried to deactivate a new newsletter plugin which but still the mobile menu does not work if you click on it and the design remains broken.

We need to modify the content of the footer (copyright) but we cannot.
When accessing appearance> customize> footer> Copyright area
Footer Copyright Text (Edit content) we cannot go from html view to visual view, so the changes we make cannot be saved.

Guys I am on the verge of going live but I still need to sort out one little “bug”. I have created all my products within their different categories. When a specific product opens, there is a tab that says “Description” and directly below that it reads “Description” again but it is all cluttered. How do I remove the second “Description” and not the one in the tab.
To help you I’ll activate my site until this evening.

1. The first issue had no screenshot required. Clicking the menu button from any mobile device does nothing.

2. A picture of the 2nd issue regarding extra space between the phone icon and the contact info in desktop mode is here

Ans: Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

3. I can add another image on a separate post if you’d like for the footer. The issue is that in portrait mode on mobile the footer is chopped.

Builder never reaches 100%.

Kindly go to Settings >> General Settings >> And changed the site addresses to https.

Hi there,

Thanks for getting back to me. I managed to fix the menu issue. However, now I am having issues with the live site.

The live site looks nothing like the previews in the SKT Builder. As a result, I’m not able to push the site live like I’d like to.

I have deactivated maintenance mode for you to see if you can identify the issues.
