sktbuilder sticks at 28%

I have installed the underwater pro theme to my site.
I tryed to edit the home page with the sktbuilder and it has loaded properly 2 or 3 times but most of the time it sticks at 28% loaded and does not move from there.

Hi,

Builder never reaches 100%.

Kindly go to Settings >> General Settings >> And changed the site addresses to https.

OR

Kindly check for conflicting plugins disable all of the plugins and see if it works.

If its working fine then some plugin is conflicting. Activate them one by one to find out which one is causing problems.

I tried both these.
It still sticks at 28% .
I have even then done a fresh install to make sure there was no conflicting apps and just updated the Https links and still sticks at 28%

Thx Dave,
But I have checked.
Its still not loading on Crome or Edge. It sticks at 28%
I did try it on my ipad and on its browser it loads although the bottom 3 home sections are missing and I can’t edit them. Saying that the folders for them are missing although they are not missing at all.
So I still can’t build my website.
Please can this be fixed.
