Hi,
Kindly check for conflicting plugins disable all of the plugins and see if it works.
If its working fine then some plugin is conflicting. Activate them one by one to find out which one is causing problems.

I use Strong Pro on the site physioimpuls.de
Today I need to edit Content in the HomeSection2.
So I go to customizer/frontpage/homesection2/Edit content
But I can’t toogle the editor between visual and textFirst I deactivate some plugins – this will not work
Then I downgrade my WP from 5.5.3 to 5.4.3 and it works!But: this is not the solution for the future. Do you have an update for Strong pro?

Hi,
I have the Security Pro them and it’s been working fine for the last week or so using the SKT builder, but it is now not saving so I cant keep working on it.
I have made sure that both addresses are https and I have deactivated plug ins but the save clock still just keep going round and round without actually saving.
I urgently need to finish the site.Please help.

Unfortunately no, I deactivated everything and it still just stays on the last one (currently “In Motion Food Company” and then doesn’t loop back to the first one (currently Gateways)

How can it be that when you select header layout 3, the menu appears there twice?
And when I select header layout 1, the submenus appear all the time even if you do not activate them with the mouse?

Hello,
I have activated the sticky header. I want the header to get 80% smaller on scrolling, so it does not take up as much space as it does in full size. The website logo can get smaller so the coffe beans bg image will get significantly smaller in height. Is there a way to make this happen? Thank you.

Sticky header plugin is deactivated. Therefore we are unable to check the issue.

DaveI have just activated the Event Planner Pro. The homepage shows up fine as long as I am logged in to the WordPress Dashboard. If the Dashboard is logged out, I only see white spaces and an occasional background image. None of the elements appear.

Is there a way to resize the header on the mobile version of the website on scrolling? Like make it two times smaller so it’s still there but does not take that much space.
Also, it would be a bonus for that code to make the header sticky in the first place. (There is separate plugin for that so that’s not necessarily a must).I am using the SKT Cafe theme. My website si capsulecafea dot net.
At this moment the sticky header plugin is deactivated. I will try it alongside the smaller header on scroll code from you and come back with feedback.
