Bed and breakfast theme/menu problems

Hi
How can it be that when you select header layout 3, the menu appears there twice?
And when I select header layout 1, the submenus appear all the time even if you do not activate them with the mouse?

I would like to use header layout 3 but when I try it it shows all my menus incorrectly, it looks like it is all the default menus that appear twice.
If I try header layout 1 all the default menus also appear.

Hi,

Kindly go to Appearance >> Menu >> Select a menu to edit >> select Header menu from drop down >> Click on select button >> set your header menu there.

I have chosen my menus there, but it is only on header layout 4 they appear, as soon as I change my layout all the menus that you can see on my screen shots will appear
