Demo site import not available and Elementor not opening

Hi

I have downloaded the Creative Agency theme ZIP
I have then uploaded to my wordpress site

1) there does not seem to be a way to apply the demo site to the theme. So, I have activated the WordPress importer (Toolsa – Import) and then loaded in the demo from from within the theme zip (creativeagency.wordpress.2018-07-16). Although it seems to have created the relevant pages all pages ar the same. It has not worked. I have also downloaded and activated theh Elementor plug in. Can you help me apply the demo content for the Creative Agency theme to my wordpress site please?

2) I have trioed creating a new page using Elementor and I get a message that says ‘The Preview could not be loaded’ – I wsitch to safe mode and nothing happens. Can you help please?

Hi Dave, thanks for checking.

However, the demo site is not on my url. There is only the homepage and it shows when you go to each of the pages – About Us, Blof etc.

My site is at www.blueshackcreative.co.uk

It does not match the Creative Agency theme shown on the SKT website.

This leads me to the conclusion that the demo site did not import correctly.

Still have a major issue with not being able to edit a page with Elementor. When I try to edit a page with Elementor I get a message that say’s ‘The preview could not be loaded’. I have raised it as an issue here and also searched the internet for solutions. I have tried all solutions I could find…… deactivating plug ins, re-installing Elementor Theme, clearing browser cache etc.

This has been a few days now and I have not been productive at all.

Do you have a list of potential issues/solutions taht I can try please?

Otherwise the SKT themes are pretty useless to me.

I was expecting things to be quite straightforward… 1) Purchase the themes 2) Upload theme to WordPress site 3) Activate the theme 4) Import demo site 5) Start editing/building site
