Hi,

I am using the biz pro version.
I would like to activate the whatsapp link feature in the footer with all the socialmedia icons.

Facebook instagram is no problem, but what do i have to fill in at the whatsapp line?
Filling just a phonenumber is not functioning.

Would you be so kind to help me out?

Customizer Themes have been updated since WordPress 4.7 due to some CSS conflicts.

Kindly re-download the theme, activate some other theme, delete the old theme and upload and activate new theme.

Deletion of theme does not delete theme options or its settings. Uploading and activating the new theme will solve these problems.

Let us know for any further issues.

Hi,
I’m excited to set up my new Play School theme, but when I try to change fonts in the customizer, the correct font will appear, but as soon as I save it the font reverts back to the default.

I am running WP 4.8.1 and deactivated all plug-ins to see if one was interfering. The problem persisted.

I also Inspected the code after attempting to change fonts and noticed there are was the following error message:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'classList' of null
    at complete.js:240
jquery.easing.js Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

I uninstalled and reinstalled the theme. When I attempted a manual reinstall via File Manager, the upload stopped with an error message of unspecified nature.

I’ve reinstalled the theme using WP’s native uploader, but the problem persists any time I try to save a new font.

Please advise. I’m out of ideas and not sure what to do of the failed to locate resource error.

Hi,

You are right, I turned off the language switch from the “Top” menu because it looks ugly.
I reactivated to see the problem.

Please see now on my website, it has two flags one above the other. Is it possible to display only one flag as it was appeared in the main menu?

Hello,
I am using your industrial-theme.

In “Our Team”-section, I want to make some changes:

1.
between the first and the second row of team members, there is no free space. How am I able to create a space in there?

2.
I want to show a phone- and a mail icon under every member-photo with the info next to the icon.
I tried creating a table and added the icons as a media-file in the description of the teams profile.
Unfortunately, the icon is only shown after I clicked on the persons profile.

3. I want to deactivate the ability to click on a member, so that there is no extra profile-page opening!

I had to Activate Jetpack again, to many user spam registrations without that plugin. sorry we have to fix another way.

here is a list of problems with the theme

NOT OK – subcategory still not showing under category at store. maybe new categories will show but have many old ones that I can’t delete or redo
NOT OK – we have so much spam user registrations with out jetpack that we had to activate, have to figure another way to fix that problem
NOT OK- it was working without jetpack but again we had to activate jetpack and is not working again
NOT OK – now menu at top is showing under logo and use to be on top on the logo
NOT OK – can you remove menu from bottom of the page. don’t see a option to remove that on settings

please update me ASAP with all the corrections. need get this in order quick please

Okay, thank you! So I can just delete the theme, activate another, and re-upload the theme? Otherwise, to actually do a full re-download I would need you to provide me with the download file again, as it has expired. So I will try to re-upload the file I have originally downloaded when I first purchased the theme.
