Hi Sandra,

Customizer Themes have been updated since WordPress 4.7 due to some CSS conflicts.

Kindly re-download the theme, activate some other theme, delete the old theme and upload and activate new theme.

Deletion of theme does not delete theme options or its settings. Uploading and activating the new theme will solve these problems.

Let us know for any further issues.

Currently the web is working with Customiz pro theme but I have already uploaded Woodcraft theme and I am working on the new version. When I have everything ready I will activate the new theme.

In one of the home page sections I want to embed a video and, next to the video, put a text or logo, similar to how it appears on the section 3 of the Adventure theme.

Given re-access.

All you need to do is go to sktthemes.net/my-account/

Login using email id and password.

Click on downloads section in my-account

Download the latest theme.

Activate some other theme and delete the old one.

Upload and activate the new theme.

Looks like it might be a plugin issue with Jetpack by WordPress.com.
When I deactivate Jetpack, the site returns.
Not sure where the fault lies here though: between JetPack and StrongPro, WP4.8 and StrongPro, or the combination of the 3 JP, WP4.8 and Strong.
This setup worked seamlessly in WP4.7, so I am pretty sure something in StrongPro needs to be updated to 4.8 compatibility.

I just purchased the Hotel Booking Lite theme for my business. I downloaded the free version as instructed but am now struggling to activate the Pro version. I have done as instructed in the video but the theme still keeps saying “Buy Pro” with a link back to your site. What can I do please?

I have a couple of questions regarding the Charity Pro Theme:

1. How do I change hover color settings for text & graphics in the “4 boxes below slider section”? In the demo, the white text and graphics turn to red, while the red box turns to white. I can change the hover color of the boxes, but not the text inside.

2. Also in the “4 boxes below slider” section, how do I set my own text? It will borrow some of the very first text in the page the box links to, but then you see 3 dots afterward. I would much rather set original text here than have it borrow from the linked page.

3. How do I deactivate sub-menu items such as testimonials?

4. Is there any way I can adjust the css of the nav bar to not overlap with the slider and inner-page photos? They do this in the demo well, but because they are mostly transparent. My nav bar won’t be transparent at all, as it needs to be solid white in order to be consistent with our brand colors.

If I can receive some help on any of these questions, that would be great to have!
