Mobile site different

Hello,

The SKT Full Width Pro works fine on the computer but has a different appearance when I use my iphone. Once I click on “View full page” it changes to the original appearance. This happens on both Safari and Firefox, and I’m using Firefox on my PC.

Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Options>>Layout Settings>>Custom CSS Box:

Add this code there:

@media screen and (max-width:479px) {

When I click “view full page” it goes back to the desktop appearance.

Kindly note that you have purchased this theme more than a year ago. You would be required to pay an additional of $18 for yearly support and update to the latest updates of the theme.

Hi Matt,

Have given you re-access to the theme.

Should be able to download it again and then activate some other theme, delete the old theme and upload and activate the new theme.

Deleting old theme does not delete data.

I have deleted the old theme and activated a new theme, but I can’t download the full-width pro without purchasing it again.

Please let me know how I can download the theme.

It says that it’s expired, so I’m assuming that I have to purchase it once a year?
