Hi,
For this all you need to do is activate the theme and then go to Settings>Readings and select Show latest posts radio button and click save. Your sections will start showing up on the home page.
For setting up menu here is the documentation: http://sktthemesdemo.net/documentation/i-am-one-documentation/#navigation-set
If it is still not clear send us your WordPress admin username and password along with site url via email: [email protected]
We will set this up for you and you can then manage it from there.
Regards,
Shri
PS: Sorry for late reply due to weekend.

I’m sorry but it didn’t really seem clear to me on how to activate the other 29 available sections. I am trying to figure that out as well as maybe some drop down menus.

Hi,
In full width theme Here is what you can do to upgrade to PRO version:
1. Install the theme via Appearance>Themes>Add New>Upload zip. Activate.
2. Once activated it will take default theme options from Free theme. However it won’t pick up the slider settings which you need to reset up again.
That’s it.

Shri

Hi,
Kindly download the updated theme. Remove the theme you have now and upload and activate this one. You can now change font and font colour of the footer as well as disable sections you don’t want to keep.

Hi Jake,
For emergency: You might have uploaded/activated a plugin which might have caused the issue. Other than that we can’t think of anything else which should abruptly stop theme options to work.
For the green we will have to check your site url. Kindly share it with us. Also as per the speed as well try to use W3 Total Cache. Let us know.
Regards,
Shri

Hi,
Unfortunately for now you will have to copy them in notepad or word document and then transfer them into new theme options of the PRO version.
We are searching for an import export tool to ease this one out. However if you save in PRO version and it something is missing you can activate back FREE version and check the theme options to retrieve any missed text/part.

Shri

When I activate this theme, my pages comes up completely in one big column, the slider photos are all at the bottom and not sliding at all. The main navigation’s font is all funky and you cant event read the links… I had to deactivate it because it wasn’t working, so sending you a link really wouldn’t do much good because I can’t leave it live.. yet.
Thanks!

Hi,
Whichever page you have selected to show blog kindly go to that page using WordPress admin panel.
Once there on right hand side select the page template: Blog no sidebar and it should show the blog without any sidebar.
I have the Widgets “Archive” and “Meta” in the Sidbare.
But there are no entry in the Bog Sidebar.
How can i deactivate the widgets?

Thank you, I have uploaded and installed the plugins but this has made no difference.
Also, with the slider activated I tried to manually upload images (from the image folder of the original theme download file) for the slider but the images do not show in the slider..?
How do I install the mysql file that was in the original download file..?
I do not understand your message regarding the xml from the demo server – is this file different to the xml file that I tried to import from the original download file..?
Thanks
On a new install of WordPress I activated the Exceptiona Theme on my local host with no problems but when I tried to import the xlm file I received a failure message as detailed below.
