Hi,

I’m having a problem with featured image on Coffee Pro Theme.
I notice that the featured image always displayed on my post. Is it done on purpose? Can I deactivate it?

Currently, the featured image always displayed on my post, but it doesn’t displayed correctly. For example, you may see this page:

I like the theme very much, I’m just having small problem with the featured image.

Hi Matt,

Have given you re-access to the theme.

Should be able to download it again and then activate some other theme, delete the old theme and upload and activate the new theme.

Deleting old theme does not delete data.

One of my problems with paid version is that I can’t activate contact-header-footer. All fields are filled but still can’t see them in my footer…?
Also how to activate sections?

Hi,

Customizer Themes have been updated since WordPress 4.7 due to some CSS conflicts.

Kindly re-download the theme, activate some other theme, delete the old theme and upload and activate new theme.

Deletion of theme does not delete theme options or its settings. Uploading and activating the new theme will solve these problems.

Let us know for any further issues.

Hi,

I haven’t received a response to my last post? Anyway I went ahead and copied headers.php and functions.php (the changed files) to the live site and activated.

Made the necessary changes to the site to make it approach what I had in the free version.

One thing still not right: the 2nd menu is not displaying in the footer.

Also can you tell me where the colour values are stored that you set-up in theme options? I’m struggling with some finer tweaks and I appear not be able to make them in the CSS files as these appear to be overridden.

I will send you the credentials for the live site per email.

Hi Chris,
Something really went wrong, i tried to deactivate and reactivate the plugins, but i get a message with the same line as above but even more information:

Hi,

It seems your theme is already uploaded. Kindly go to appearance>themes>and activate the Hotel pro theme from there.

I deactivated but did not delete all of the plug-ins on http://www.needlefeltedfantasy.com/ and it still kept jerking upwards. So I removed the images and chose them again from my media files and it is working fine now. Exact same images in the exact same places but they work now, Problem solved.

Before we activated Skt Girlie Pro we were using contact form 7, now the contact forms and not lined up properly and I can figure out how to fix it. I have searched through the support topics with now luck.

Can you please instruct what to do.

The shop page and all pages below it – categories and products show a corrupted admin menu and more importantly standard navigation menu. The pages also displays incorrectly – like the slider etc….we have tried adding a new shop page and removing the old one, it worked briefly then reverted to old corrupted display. Its bizarre.

https://www.natural-organic-living.com/organic-health-beauty-shop/ is the broken page and all in the shop like categories and products.

we also tried deactivating woocommerce and reactivating and purging its caches – all fail
Changing theme to skt business pro fixes the menu but that means redoing virtually the whole site to make it look like the existing one – which we have spent moths creating.
Please help – we have lost almost a full day of shop visitors and this is a nightmare…….

I have reactivated the user shriskt – which is the one you guys have always used. Is that ok?

It seems that one of the plugin conflict with ninja form. Kindly deactivate all the plugins except ninja form and check whether it is working or not.

I had totally forgotten that I used SCU for the list, and I am surprised that it is still working with the plug-in removed.
So I guess I need to redo the list using Picart default tabs and list shortcode.
Thanks for the tip about the migration plug-ins, it should make the job much easier.
