It is not a theme issue. If you activate any other theme then the same issue appears.

If you search your site on Google then it will show “Hacked By Ze_Wolf”

Thanks for your help thus far, however I still need your help to resolve the this ongoing issue. You have previously done what I asked in reference to the 4 special services(Top Four Services Columns Below the Slider), however the picture(s) that I asked you move to the explanation of the services page is grossly oversized. Please make picture proportional.

Also, please help me to activate the “Call for Appointment” on the home page. I do not understand how to make this work. If you chose to do it for me, the phone # is: 832-549-4319.

Lastly, please help me remove the “Book an Appointment” and the wording and the hyperlink “Book your appointment and get 10% off”.

Hi Daniel,

Customizer Themes have been updated since WordPress 4.7 due to some CSS conflicts.

Kindly re-download the theme, activate some other theme, delete the old theme and upload and activate new theme.

Deletion of theme does not delete theme options or its settings. Uploading and activating the new theme will solve these problems.

Let us know for any further issues.

Yes, we have deactivated the plugin. You can use alternative plugin like FeedWP Pluggin.

The theme that means hasn’t been installed properly and the PHP.ini issue isn’t resolved and hence the theme is partial uploaded only which leads to the error you get after you activate it.

I have. And I’m still having the issue. The theme is installed on the server but as soon as I activate the theme I can no longer access the dashboard console to be able to do any editing I can’t even get to the login screen to be able to login it just takes me back to the website again

ok. I found what ten issue was. I had to up the allowed upload size in my php.ini. so I was able to install it. here’s My Issue.

This is an upgrade from the free version for me. When I activate the Pro version, It goes to the generic BeFit website with all the generic images. none of my previous info, images, pages etc…. are visible, and… I can access the wp-login.php page. when I login, it just takes me to the generic website. I can’t access the control panel at all. it’s not there. I had to literally loginto my hosting account in orsder to switch back to the free layout in which everything worked like normal again. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

We startet with hotel theme since 3 weeks. Since a view days we got the following behavoir: On the entry main page, the content of the latest post are shown completly and are not shortend (excerpts ).

Maybe the issue was caused because, I deactivated once the button “Setting -> Read -> Excerpts only”.

It’s still set to Excerpts only – but the content is shown completly in the footer and the last post section on the entry page.

Btw… your themes are really great and we tend to buy year package.

I am using SKT Girlie Pro and having an issue with the photo orientation for the mobile site (specifically iPhone). One of the pictures is upside down. I have deactivated plug-ins and deleted and uploaded the photo again with no luck.

Now i see that you deactivated the translator. The home page website in italian now is ok, but if i re-activate translator plugin, the error returns.

ps: while you deactivated the translator plugin, the title of the language on the top-right of the home page is disappeared. These language title was a your activity to answer to another my ticket to change flag with languate title (italian, english, spanish). Can you re-insert them?

ps2: just only if you do not solve the problem…do you have any more compatible and better translator plugin (and if i do not lost my translated text in other language) could you provide me the name of this plugin?

We have already resolved this issue with “Booked Appointments” plugin. Kindly deactivate the other plugins and check again.
