Strong Pro Theme Error

Hello,

I have purchased the Strong Theme and it uploaded successfully and functioned fine until recently. I have went in to make some changes to the home sections and the ‘Visual’ tab side does not appear at all. When you make a change to the text and switch over to save your changes, it still remains blank and the ‘save and close’ button does not work

Please help, as I really like this theme, however, if I cannot make changes it is of no use and money has been wasted. I have tried resetting the theme, even uninstall and reinstall, and the ‘visual tab’ still does not appear.

Hi,

Customizer Themes have been updated since WordPress 4.7 due to some CSS conflicts.

Kindly re-download the theme, activate some other theme, delete the old theme and upload and activate new theme.

Deletion of theme does not delete theme options or its settings. Uploading and activating the new theme will solve these problems.

Okay, thank you! So I can just delete the theme, activate another, and re-upload the theme? Otherwise, to actually do a full re-download I would need you to provide me with the download file again, as it has expired. So I will try to re-upload the file I have originally downloaded when I first purchased the theme.

It shows you have the nuptials i.e wedding theme. So how come you are using the Strong theme?

I just realized I have the strong theme under another email account for my business “[email protected]” I can try re-downloading from there and then contact you from that account if I have further issues.

Please let me know if you are able to resolve in order for me to attempt re-downloading and uploading the theme.

Hello,

I just paid for and downloaded SKT Pro but i’m getting this when I try to upload it:

Installing Theme from uploaded file: skt-white-pro.zip
Unpacking the package…

Installing the theme…

Destination folder already exists. /home/content/a2pewpnas01_data03/34/3895134/html/wp-content/themes/skt-white-pro/

Theme install failed.

Hi Chas,

Kindly install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpide/

After install open WPide page, in files sidebar click on themes folder then right click on skt-white-pro folder and delete it. If you unable to delete skt-white-pro folder through WPide kindly delete it through FTP.

After deleting existing skt-white-pro folder you can install a fresh copy of SKT White Pro.
