When I use the 2017 theme all my pages display correctly. When I activate the Exceptiona theme nothing is showing.

I have also uploaded images on imgur.com for you to see my issue in examples.

I installed the Strong theme and the live preview is not working. Even when I activate the theme, none of the customizations are showing up in the preview, it just shows the default.

Hi there,

I am currently using Bakery Pro. I purchased SKT Food Pro on November 3, 2017. I uploaded the new them through WP Admin using the zip file I downloaded after purchase. There were no errors reported.

When I activate the theme it looks identical to the demo on your website. The menu doesn’t work or show any of the existing pages I had previously on SKT Bakery Pro. The menu in Wp Admin area doesn’t show anything other than the pages I had previously created, which you would think is a good thing, but when the SKT Food template is activated, it only shows the exact menu that you have on your demo site.

Can you let me know how to get this working, or maybe what I am, or doing, wrong to be able to customize the menu of this template please?

I have deactivated the slider from working on all the inner pages. How can I reduce the gap created between the header and the content?

Hi,

I am having some issues with the header on this theme. When viewed on an iPhone the header elements overlap onto each other. Mostly the menu icon over the logo and the phone icon over the contact details.

It would also be great if header images could be activated per page as I’d like to use the google map in the contact page header but I don’t want to use header images on any other page.

SOLVED.

It was a conflict caused by the following plugin: Lightweight Grid Columns

I deactivated the plugin and the issue is resolved.

I just installed wordpress and activated SKT Education theme at http://dev.crossministriesdm.org, but the slider is not showing any of the default images. There is a gray box where the slider should show images.

In the admin panel I am seeing the following message under plugins:

This theme recommends the following plugins: Contact Form 7, Elementor Page Builder and Shortcodes Ultimate.
Begin installing plugins | Dismiss this notice

Are any of those plugins required for the slider to function properly?

I just installed wordpress and the first thing I did was install SKT Education after updating to wordpress 4.8.2. Do I need any other plugins for the SKT Education slider to function and display images?

Hi,

Kindly follow instructions to update the theme on your website:
– Take database backup.
– Go to Appearance » Themes
– Activate any default theme like Twenty Seventeen, Twenty Sixteen etc.
– Delete the old theme which you want to update.
– Now upload new updated theme and activate it.

12 sections should be active and they are hidden. Restore default does not activate them.

Archives and meta are showing on my website and there is no place in the short code or option in Theme Options to disable/hide these.

I’m using the theme White Pro and want to fill the homepage when scrolling down with some of the sections. I found the Sections tab in the Theme Options but how do i “activate” them?

2) For some reason the homepage slider is also used on the blog page, instead of showing a banner (through featured image). What am i doing wrong? Why is the blog page showing th homepage slider and how can i change that?

3) How can i change the icon used as a down arrow on the homepage slider. I want to make it more grey or black since now you can hardly see it.
