Exceptiona Theme Not Working

Hi,

I uploaded the exceptiona theme but it is not working properly. I have seven pages on the site and it will not show them. It is not rendering correctly.

When I use the 2017 theme all my pages display correctly. When I activate the Exceptiona theme nothing is showing.

Hi Dave,

I’m checking back with you on my above issue. More information I have to add is that I have added the theme to my WP-theme folder in my cPanel and the theme still does not fully load/render. When I click on ‘customize’ in WordPress it freezes on ‘loading’.

Please advise.

Hi Dave,

My initial issues seem to have worked themselves out. However, I have some new issues which are listed below.

1. I want my site title – Electra D. Ford to be on one line.
2. I need the ‘Q&A 30 Minute Sessions Available’ on the same line with the site title and social media like they are in the original theme.
3. The ‘home’ symbol disappears when I remove the page title. I want the icon to show but I removed the page name because I do not want the word ‘Home’ above my content.

Hi Dave,

Almost, the only remaining issue is the first tab in the main navigation is a home icon but not it has a #2 no title code in the first tab.

I removed the ‘home’ page title because I do not want the word ‘home’ above my account.

Please advise how to put back the ‘home’ icon in the main navigation.

Hi Dave,

I have a new issue. I removed the ‘news’ section of the Exceptiona theme. However, I now need to use the ‘news’ custom post area. I do have a page live but I do it’s not showing and I do not know how to get it to show.

I sent you the login information and it is the same.

Let me know what to do publish this area on the home page of my site. I also want to:
– Add the area to my main navigation
– I also want to change the name from ‘News’ to Resources.

Please advise.

I have added my ‘resources’ title to the 2nd section but I do not have see how to add the page to that section.
I want to add http://www.electradford.com/news/samurai-keyword-optimation-tool/ page under the Resources title of my site but I do not see how to do it.
