    Hi! When I try to edit the footer columns or copyright info the editing box won’t load. When I click on Visual or Text nothing happens, I can’t write in the box and clicking “save” doesn’t do anything either.

    SOLVED.

    It was a conflict caused by the following plugin: Lightweight Grid Columns

    I deactivated the plugin and the issue is resolved.
