Industrial: Showing phone and mail with icons under our team

Hello,
I am using your industrial-theme.

In “Our Team”-section, I want to make some changes:

1.
between the first and the second row of team members, there is no free space. How am I able to create a space in there?

2.
I want to show a phone- and a mail icon under every member-photo with the info next to the icon.
I tried creating a table and added the icons as a media-file in the description of the teams profile.
Unfortunately, the icon is only shown after I clicked on the persons profile.

3. I want to deactivate the ability to click on a member, so that there is no extra profile-page opening!

1. How am I able to show the images in the site in “aboutus-section”?
On the home-section, there is just the text without free spaces and images. How am I able to show this section exactly like created in the page?

2. in why choose us – section: I want to resize the circles around the icons, how am I able to do that?
