    Hi Janet,

Customizer Themes have been updated since WordPress 4.7 due to some CSS conflicts.

Kindly re-download the theme, activate some other theme, delete the old theme and upload and activate new theme.

Deletion of theme does not delete theme options or its settings. Uploading and activating the new theme will solve these problems.

Let us know for any further issues.

    Regards,
    Brad

Whenever I activate the Charme theme, it signs me out of my blog, and I have problems trying to sign back in. It has happened with different domains I have tried to use it on. Why is this? I really love the look of the theme!

I am running Gravida 2.0 pro and I am having an issue with the customize menu. The wordpress version is 4.7 and the same issue is occurring in both chrome and firefox browsers. Please let me know how to fix this issue. I have deactivate the theme and activate another theme, then reactivated this theme. The problem continues.

    Hi Dave,
I tried (activate another theme, delete mine, download from the link you gave me and install the new one and activate it) but still have the same problem.
When I’m in the Customizer, I see a graphic “modify Icon” (a pencil in a blue rounded icon) near the menu and I can only press on this Icon and modify the menu. I can’t exit from this mode and I can’t access to any other function of the customizer because they aren’t accessible (and visible).
    Could you help me please?
    Thank you very much.

    Regards Federica

I tried those common suggestions but still failed. I find one solution on Net: Go back to the default theme.

//If getting rid of the plugins didn’t help, revert back to the default theme. To do that, just delete your current theme’s directory from wp-content/themes.

When the theme goes missing, WordPress will use the default one instead.

At this stage, take your theme, revert the changes you made recently, re-upload and reactivate it.//

but how can I “take my theme, revert the recent changes and re-upload and reactivate it”? Can you help with this? I hope I don’t need to reset everything with the default Build Pro theme.

Hi Thilo, I have the same problem with you. I am using Build Pro. Could you tell me how you fix the problem? I don’t want to deactivate the theme which means i have to do all the set up again. Thanks.
