Gravida theme is not working with latest wordpress version

Hi, I bought Gravida few months ago and about 2 weeks ago it stopped working properly. For instance, the customization tools don’t show anymore. I’ve been told that it is problem with the latest WordPress version. Do you have a fix available? thanks

Hi,

Theme has been updated since this is a problem for users on WordPress 4.7

Kindly re-download the theme, activate some other theme, delete the old theme and upload and activate new theme.

Deletion of theme does not delete theme options or its settings. Uploading and activating the new theme will solve these problems.

Had bought Gravida Pro some time ago, but it seems to not receive updates to follow WordPress upgrades. Anything I should do to catch up so theme is working with latest version properly? (For now I can’t use personalisation tool eg.). My order was #18123

Given you re-access to the theme. Kindly re-download the theme, activate some other theme, delete the old theme and upload and activate new theme.
