I did what you suggested – I compressed the image sizes and also activated W3Total Cache, and we are still having image loading issues. Specifically look at the News tab, and you can see that it not only loads slowly, but moves the right sidebar to the left. Please help!

Kindly take a backup of the site in case something goes wrong.

Follow the steps thereafter:

All you need to do is go to sktthemes.net/my-account/

Login using email id and password.

Click on downloads section in my-account

Download the latest theme.

Activate some other theme and delete the old one.

Upload and activate the new theme.

Clear browser cache.

Customizer Themes have been updated since WordPress 4.7 due to some CSS conflicts.

Kindly re-download the theme, activate some other theme, delete the old theme and upload and activate new theme.

Deletion of theme does not delete theme options or its settings. Uploading and activating the new theme will solve these problems.

Hi there,
I am using Complete pro theme and am facing the following problems:

1. Whenever I want to customize the theme, I get this error: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 49152 bytes) in /home/tadbeer/public_html/tadbeerv2/wp-includes/media-template.php on line 482. This problem can be solved if I deactivate the “Shortcodes Ultimate” plugin. The problem is that Complete Pro theme needs this plugin inorder to display the tables etc.

2. I am usign header layout type 4. How can I reduce the height of the menu. I can change the font size but I want to change the height of the menu.

Given you re-access to the theme. Kindly re-download the theme, activate some other theme, delete the old theme and upload and activate new theme.

Trying to figure out more of whats going on i activated the STK Kraft Lite Theme and the slider works just fine. I reload the STK Kraft Pro version and it goes back to a spinning wheel. Sorry for sending so many messages I’m just trying to provide as much information as possible.

You should be fine now as I’ve added complete access. Please ensure the plugin and any other changes are only applied to the ‘Rock River Free Clinic’ site and NOT ‘Network Activated’.

User ID and Password remain the same as provided last Friday.
