Customizer Menu corrupted and not useable

I am using the SKT Bizness Pro Plugin with the latest version. On a very clean and fresh environment and also on the existing page with the plugin, the customizer menu is not working and not useable. The text is overriding by other elements and the complete menu is not appearing on the left sidemenu.

I have tested it with Edge, Chrome and Firefox. On Firefox the menu is completely not working.
Please help me because I cant do anything on my pages about that.
I have also need the function to show only pages with a specific category, but the setting doesnt work because on the blog page, all categories will be shown instead.
I need very urgend any help.

Hi Christoph,

Customizer Themes have been updated since WordPress 4.7 due to some CSS conflicts.

Kindly re-download the theme, activate some other theme, delete the old theme and upload and activate new theme.

Deletion of theme does not delete theme options or its settings. Uploading and activating the new theme will solve these problems.
