Hello

I also have a problem installing the Handyman themes demo content, it did not install so deactivated the plugin and did a WordPress import install but again this did not install, after 11min’s of running all I got was a blank screen.

I have also tried the other solution you proposed before as a solution of changing the sever settings.

memory_limit = 256M
upload_max_size = 64M
post_max_size = 64M
upload_max_filesize = 64M
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 1000

Most of the values were already exceeded, but again the themes Demo Content did not install

So could you provide a solution please so that this theme can be passed / sold on and installed without
issues.

Please note that we haven’t YET activated the Give Lively Plugin to our website, because i read from other Charity Pro support messages that said that this Theme had an issue/problem/not compatible with the Charity Pro theme. I know that you have your own SKT Fundraiser plugin, however, this is NOT what we choose to utilize.

So I am merely asking if there is a problem/issue/not compatibility with the plugin of our choosing…if there is, can you kindly let me know the work arounds that you have done for other skt Theme Charity Pro customers.

Hopefully this has been helpful in what we are inquiring about the compatibility of the SKT theme Charity Pro with the Give Lively Plugin!

Hi there, can someone please help me? I would like to work on my website but SKT builder won’t load to 100%. When trying opening it it load to 85% and than freeze. Never load to 100% and opens. I followed instructions, installed themes, plugins, activated them. SKT would not work. Did that process twice and still doing the same think. Can someone help what to do please?

I have deleted all content, deactivated/activated all plugins, set everything on only classic editor and now I have everything on block editor. The hamburger menu does the same.

Anyway: If you navigate through different pages from the hamburger menu on mobile, then it just stops working. The problem happens less on desktop but it does eventually break things as well. (If there were content like the ‘Our Service’ block.)

Hi Dave,

I have deactivated and reactivated Jetpack Sitemap feature. I already have Yoast SEO Plugin already installed. It was turned off, so I turned it on. So right now they are both on.

I have screenshot the issue from Google Search Console so you can see there is still no sitemap. Please see attachment link here… https://imgur.com/SAkMqlD

Now what do I do?

Hi,

Could you try to go to Jetpack > Settings > Traffic, deactivate the Sitemaps feature, and then activate it back?

or install yoast seo plugin.

I uploaded the new online coach pro theme (downloaded the version from my account today) and it crashes wordpress and instead of getting the admin log in screen it gives me a blank screen. All plugins deactivated. If I deactivate the theme via cpanel I can gain access to wordpress admin panel once again. not working with 7.1 7.2 or 7.3 php versions

Can anyone one of the team advise please. This is the theme the client has asked for.

No, it still does not work. If we write an article and want to set the category to any category… it will revert it back to the default category… we still need to take off the plugin to activate the categories….
