Hi,

Kindly check for conflicting plugins disable all of the plugins and see if it works.

If its working fine then some plugin is conflicting. Activate them one by one to find out which one is causing problems.

I uploaded the theme, the two plugins, and then once the demo content was installed, I deactivated the demo. I then spent hours on the content, updating the template (which was awesome btw). BUT, when I went to publish, I got error msg at the top – looks like something is wrong, wait a couple of seconds and try again. And it never goes away…. however I saw the processing wheel come up and saw that the changes appeared on the page, so it looked like it was saved. but it wasn’t. argh…

Now it won’t access my media library, either…. what should I do?

Hi. Having some issues with the My Dog Theme.
Fresh ins0tll of WordPress (All ok)
Upload and activate the My Dog heme (All ok)
Install the Contact Form plugin as requested and activate (All Good)
Install the Woocommerce Plugin as requested and activate (NOT GOOD!!!)
I know get a 500-page error on both site front end and admin page. so can not go and deactivate the woocommerce plugin. the only way i can get the admin and site frontend back is to go into the server file manager and rename the woocommerce folder . up on refresh i can access the WP admin page and the site front end.
I have tried the alternate and newest version of Woocommerce but always the same.
Any help would be good.

I did all of that and nothing works. I deactivated all and there was still no slider. In customize, everything looks good.

Hi, Unfortunately this didn’t help and it is still impossible to save changes.
I identified the problem:

On the query: “/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=sktbuilder_save_page_data” posted json contains too many repetitive back slash (\\\) and this is matching with some XSS filter security rules (see below). Can you please edit your code and correct it? Thanks

Hi,

Kindly deactivate current theme and upload new theme Go to WordPress Dashboard and go to Appearance > Themes. Click Add New and then Upload Theme. You now want to select the zip file you’ve just downloaded. Press Install Now, and WordPress will upload the theme to your site. Once that’s done, press Activate and the theme will be running on your site.
