I uploaded the theme, the two plugins, and then once the demo content was installed, I deactivated the demo. I then spent hours on the content, updating the template (which was awesome btw). BUT, when I went to publish, I got error msg at the top – looks like something is wrong, wait a couple of seconds and try again. And it never goes away…. however I saw the processing wheel come up and saw that the changes appeared on the page, so it looked like it was saved. but it wasn’t. argh…
Now it won’t access my media library, either…. what should I do?

BradJanuary 27, 2020 at 12:02 pm #143969That is correct. I uninstalled the SKT theme in favor of one that actually worked, and with a team that doesn’t take 3 days to respond. Not a good first impression with skt

Took a little longer than expected to respond to you because of the weekend in between.
However we do respond quickly during weekdays.
If you choose to again use the theme let us know and we can resolve any issues you might be facing.
