SKT builder not loading

Hi there, can someone please help me? I would like to work on my website but SKT builder won’t load to 100%. When trying opening it it load to 85% and than freeze. Never load to 100% and opens. I followed instructions, installed themes, plugins, activated them. SKT would not work. Did that process twice and still doing the same think. Can someone help what to do please?

Hi,

Builder never reaches 100%. It stops at 85%.:

Kindly go to Settings >> General Settings >> And changed the site addresses to https.

Hi,
Did this worked for you? I already tried suggested option – Settings >> General Settings >> change to https. I tried again, updated but not working.
I had issues here with SKT Themes for over 3 weeks since I purchased All Themes. I am not very happy as I can’t do much with my website. This issue is taking longer and longer getting sorted.
I don’t wish to use SKT services any longer.
How do I claim money back for the purchase of All Themes I made?

Just checked and no refunds here. I have to figure out how to make SKT builder working or just will have to leave it and try to get themes from somewhere else.
