Trying to follow your instructions and can’t get rid of the event planner demo pics and the home section demo is not there. The skt theme template is not a part of the drop down menu for the header section…
I’m trying to just replace your demo pictures with my pictures and it is not happening…I am not able to do this theme. Your instruction appear to be simple enough, however, it’s not….and even when i save my items – the demo items still show forth ……
please help…
I did add the skt builder and still that does not help remove the pictures and headers that i would like to make my own……
I am using your Reiki Pro theme. It came with the woocommerce plugin. Yesterday I wanted to configure the shop and decided to go through the first Woocommerce set up. However, when I came to tab ‘shipping’ during the set up, and internal server error occured http 500. I can’t see any pages anymore at my domain: http://www.frankheininga.nl/wp-admin/
I’m guessing the plugin was bugged or not compatible. I have already checked with my host and index and php test where fine.
I’ve setup Woocommerce on my Musiprof wesbite that is using the disco dancer SKT theme. After having some issues with the password reset in Woocommerce, I contacted Woocommerce support. After reviewing my system report they told me that the reason is that my theme is out of date. Would it be possible for you to take a look at their email reply and let me know if anything can be done on your end?
Here it is:
“When looking at the system status report, I see that your theme is currently overriding several core WooCommerce templates with its own ones and that these templates are based on a much older version of WooCommerce.
The template overrides specifically mentions the registration and password-reset emails:
disco-dancer/woocommerce/emails/customer-new-account.php version 1.6.4 is out of date. The core version is 3.5.2
disco-dancer/woocommerce/emails/customer-reset-password.php version 2.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.5.0
Practically this means you have the following options:
Get in touch with the developers of that theme to check whether they have a newer version of their theme available. . Based on a cursory search, their support platform is available at: https://www.sktthemes.org/forum/
Switching to a more modern theme that either have no template overrides in place OR have template overrides in place based on a recent version of WooCommerce.”
slider developer left me this message – need to get resolved asap as site goes live tomorrow.

Hi Jerry,
Thanks for contacting us!
I can see a JavaScript error on your site, which you can check like this: https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/318-chrome
JavaScript errors stop every other JavaScript code on the page and prevent them from working, so they need to be solved.
The error on your site is:
TypeError: jQuery(…).nivoSlider is not a function
It’s an inline code, as you see on this screenshot:
852ef15ceef9a7ce07791535c9eeb5c5.png
so it’s probably coming from the theme, because I can see this code in the theme’s official demo as well: http://sktthemesdemo.net/wines/
I suggest getting in touch with your theme developers to learn the best way to solve this error.
As a temporary solution, you could try to remove this code from your theme. Probably it’s in the header.php file, but if you can’t find it there, you could search through your theme: https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/318-chrome#search
looking for “.nivoSlider”.
You should get in touch with the theme developers even if you find and remove the code, because the next theme update will put it back, and you’ll have the error again.
Hi, this site is dropping the wp-admin page so the client can’t log-in – a debug plug in is showing the following error, can you advise please?
wp-includes/class-wp-user.php:734 – has_cap was called with an argument that is deprecated since version 2.0.0! Usage of user levels is deprecated. Use capabilities instead.
require_once(‘wp-admin/admin-header.php’), require(‘wp-admin/menu-header.php’), _wp_menu_output, current_user_can, WP_User->has_cap, _deprecated_argument
I have followed the instructions from the documentation.

Thank you,
In the CUSTOMIZE->HEADER section, I see “Topbar Left Text 1”, “Topbar Left Text 2”, “Topbar Right Text 1” and “Topbar Right Text 2”. They all currently contain the default information that came with the theme. However, they are not displayed in the header of my website. I think I recall seeing these links on my header initially, but obviously I have turned them off somehow. I just cannot locate where that was done.
I am using Header Type 2 and I have customized head-type2.php in my child theme – I inserted a couple of DIVs to place a slogan and custom styled phone number in my header. I see <div id="topmenu" class="<?php if ('header' == $complete['social_bookmark_pos'] ) { ?> has_bookmark<?php } ?>"> and it looks like ‘social_bookmark_pos’ is where those “Topbar” sections should be pulled in. What am I missing that I cannot show these Topbar sections?
I also assume these Topbar text sections is where I would add my social media icon/links? If so can I use short codes for icon there?
Hello,
When i tried to upload my theme google say me: This website can not be accessed. It is possible that the website https://www.crishousehomestaging.es/wp-admin/update.php?action=upload-theme is temporarily inactive or that it has definitely moved to another address. ERR_ACCESS_DENIED
