Cant save Theme Options

    industrial theme – WP 5.1.1

    When i make changes in “Theme Options” i get redirected to wp-admin/options.php
    and i get page with:

    404 NOT FOUND
    Looks like you have taken a wrong turn…..
    Don’t worry… it happens to the best of us.

    why can i save theme options?

    mod_security on server was the problem…
