This is now a live website, and has 2-factor authentication enabled. It is not possible to provide admin login credentials.

I’m not sure why that would be required? Should you not be able to tell me where, in the php/css, the header icon files are located? I can take it from there.

We install the theme following the steps but import demo content is more than 30 minutes and still is not finished. We can’t change php.ini values we have a shared hosting, What can we do?

Kindly go to Appearance >> Theme Editor >> sktframe >> core-functions.php line no: 541 find text ‘desc’ and replace ‘asc’

Also there is still only 1 contact form under Contact. “Contact form 2” is missing.

Hi,

Kindly use compressjpeg.com or tinypng.com to reduce sizes and compress all your images and reupload them.

Lastly kindly use WP Fastest Cache plugin and ask hosting to have Zend Op Cache and PHP Server cache applied to your site or if they have NGINX available get them to use that.

With all the above steps i am sure your site will be faster. Theme is just part of the entire WordPress website ecosystem and our themes are coded to be faster.

Rest are all generic points i mentioned here.

a few years later i have the same problem with the theme befit
i have found the information, that this bug must be remove in the functional.php of the child theme in “https:”
please can you fix this, this is only a part for professionals. the google ranking is so bad because of this problem i cant fix by myself….

This was resolved. Your PHP version is still very less and WooCommerce requires minimum of PHP 7.2

Kindly ask hosting to get the PHP version to 7.2

I uploaded the new online coach pro theme (downloaded the version from my account today) and it crashes wordpress and instead of getting the admin log in screen it gives me a blank screen. All plugins deactivated. If I deactivate the theme via cpanel I can gain access to wordpress admin panel once again. not working with 7.1 7.2 or 7.3 php versions

Can anyone one of the team advise please. This is the theme the client has asked for.

I have just purchased Gravida theme and all works well except that when I try to edit page with SKY page builder the save icon changes to a spinning clock and stays forever.

I have disabled all other plugins and have tried deleting and re-installing SKT page builder.

I have Control F5 purged the cache and have got the same error in Chrome and Edge.

The chrome console shows an error when save is pressed….
