Kindly go to header.php find text:

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.1"/>

And replace:

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0"/>

Hi,

Kindly use compressjpeg.com or tinypng.com to reduce sizes and compress all your images and reupload them.

Lastly kindly use WP Fastest Cache plugin and ask hosting to have Zend Op Cache and PHP Server cache applied to your site or if they have NGINX available get them to use that.

With all the above steps i am sure your site will be faster. Theme is just part of the entire WordPress website ecosystem and our themes are coded to be faster.

Rest are all generic points i mentioned here.

I am trying to build a site using the adventure theme

When I set it to use a static homepage and a separate blog page I get the following error

The error is not there when using the latest posts option
If I force the page to use my homepage for both the static homepage and post page using the WP options in stead of the SKT editor, the error also goes away. please help me 🙂

I am using the theme for a festival line up. the home page summary of each artist is fine, I dont need the names of the artists to go to another page. How do I remove the link href to those full page bios? I tried to copy the core-funtions.php and add it to /sktframe/core-funtions.php in my child theme and remove the href tags around the name, but that doesn’t seem to work.
