Hi,

If you have paid via credit card and the charge did not go through you should be getting a refund. Sometimes banks show the charge temporarily before crediting it back.

You can ask our Payment gateway here: https://fastspring.com/question-a-charge/

But most of the times within a day or 2 you get refunded because the order did not go through.

In case you have PayPal let me know i will raise an invoice. Once you get the previous payment refunded i will send you the invoice.

I bought and paid for the “all themes” package for 99 dollars. after i paid i received an invoice with a download link, i downloaded the file from the link, however it was only the SKT plug-ins and didnt include even a single theme.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

can you tell me the following

will this allow card payment to paypal?
will it auto calculate the cost of the ad placed ie: i have different amounts for different types of ads?
will it be in the payments section when placing an ad?
will it also be in the section when purchasing a membership package?
will i get an invoice?
will it cause a issue when doing theme updates?
will you ensure that it is all working correctly and to my satisfaction?
will i get any ongoing support with it?
can you offer a better price to me as it seems quite expensive?

My website http://www.manhattanbridgeortho.com has Sprout Invoice plugin installed. According to the plugin, in order to customize invoices, I would go to Themes –> Customize –> Sprout Invoice.

Sorry but i am not sure what wrong i did in asking for an extra bit of payment for support.

We could have raised an additional invoice of $18 and once paid continue further with support.

I received access to the wrong theme. I purchased SKT Construction Pro and received SKT Strong Pro. I responded to [email protected] email that my invoice was attached to saying I received the wrong theme. I got a response saying “have given you access to construction pro theme” but I don’t have access.

What do I need to do to get access to the correct theme?
