For a single theme we have provided support for 44 times. Don’t you think that should be enough considering theme was bought for $39?
So, you are unwilling to help me because you want more money? I was more than willing to pay for additional services had you at least requested that I pay for additional services.
Now I just feel publicly shamed and embarrased. I will find a way around this issue or find a company who can help me.

Sorry but i am not sure what wrong i did in asking for an extra bit of payment for support.
We could have raised an additional invoice of $18 and once paid continue further with support.
Instead you will find another company who can help you.
