I just bought the all themes package for $ 99. The problem that at the time of payment made me that the purchase could not be made and I still have to pay.
But in my bank account they have been charged. So what is the problem?

If you have paid via credit card and the charge did not go through you should be getting a refund. Sometimes banks show the charge temporarily before crediting it back.

But most of the times within a day or 2 you get refunded because the order did not go through.
In case you have PayPal let me know i will raise an invoice. Once you get the previous payment refunded i will send you the invoice.
