Hey,

I tried this by ticking just the team members, i can update the order in the Admin UI but that still doesnt change the order of the About us page

am i doing something wrong?

i would like to:

1, How can we change the default slider? I couldn’t find this in a documentary file. For example I want to change to a master slider or to any other slider.
2, The sticky header is not working on mobile, it works only in pc
3, How can we add some new text in some areas without changing to other texts, For example I want to add some new text down after the slider.
4, I want to add a product showcase slider and a testimonial slider in the About Us page, how can I add that please?
5, The social media icons are not appearing on the header.
6, can you please have an overall look at my website, while using your skt editor i see some errors in homepage,
erros says:

These errors are there in the homepage in latest news, meet our team and also in the products section, can you please fix it.
7, The SSL Lock is not appearing while opening the homepage, it appears only while opening other pages.
8, I would like to remove or hide the extra options like sliders in homepage, and variation layouts, shortcodes and also extra other things from other pages please let me know how to do this. how can i select one options from them and remove other options.

Hi Dave,
It is resolved, it was the “All In One WP Security & Firewall” plugin in combine with the “Really Simple SSL” plugin. The strange thing is that i had installed the plugins in the following order:

1. Installed WP and website
2. Installed “All In One WP Security & Firewall”
3. After a while the customer wanted a SSL certificate.
4. Installed SSL on Directadmin.
5. Installed “Really Simple SSL” plugin
…. After that the pages where not editble anymore with “SKTBuilder”.. I received the following error “The block sktbuilder_shortcode is not found in de library Default”

After that the team had a look and tolled me that it was the Plugin I did some experiments…

And in the order disabling “All In One WP Security & Firewall” and the “Really Simple SSL” plugin.. and and enabling first the “Really Simple SSL” Plugin and then the “All In One WP Security & Firewall”….

You will get the question if you wanne overwrite the .htaccess file with the security rule of before disabling the plugin… You should click NO!! (Very important, other wise you need to do the steps over again). After clicking no you can configure the plugin again..

My advise is to check if the “SKTbuilder” works after editing the “All In One WP Security & Firewall”.. so you can easily can change the settings of “All In One WP Security & Firewall”.

I hope this will help someone else if there is a problem.

1. Hide menu
I am working on my website and do not know how to hide the menu. I have some pages that I do not want to illustrate on my front page. Eventhough they are not added to the menu, the website is publishing the pages…

2. Paste option is not working
I was wondering why the “paste” button is disabled while working in SKT Editor. When I copy a text (from another source or even within the text box I’m working in), I am able to press the “paste” button from the browser, only the text is nog pasted…

3. Change the style of our-team page
I added team members and their story via the our-team plugin. When visiting my website /our-team I do not like the visualisation. I have no page with to change the template to page-full-width. Can you demonstrate/explain how I can change this?

I tried to alter this myself in mobile mode, but the changes I made, were carried over to the desktop / tablet layouts, which threw those layouts out. I don’t think that is meant to happen if I edit & save in mobile responsive mode(?)

Can you advise and make that change please.

Hi!

I created an “Our Team” section and it works fine, but when I want to look up the members on a mobile device, the picture is in the same line as the text which makes it look badly. As the picture is the “featured image” I cannot really change the design. On a laptop it looks fine though.
