Dear SKT Themes Support Team,
I am currently editing a WordPress template called Contractor Pro (Version: pro5.0) and encountered an issue with the Testimonial Box sidebar widget.
The widget is being used on the “About Us” page of our website http://www.mecsa.cl (please note that “www” must be included in the URL, as omitting it causes issues). The specific page is:
https://www.mecsa.cl/index.php/nosotros/We would like to add navigation arrows or dots to this testimonial carousel to allow users to manually advance or go back. Additionally, we’d like to adjust the autoplay speed and transition duration of the carousel.
However, we haven’t found a way to implement these changes. We will send the login details to your support email for further assistance.
Thank you for your help!
Hi there,
I am using the Adventure theme and it is working fine. However, I recently realized that whenever I change the appearance on the slider, header or footer, qTranslate-XT is no longer taken into account (I see the “tags” on the header, footer and front page).
The content of the pages is translating correctly.
I am aware of the fact that qTranslate-XT has not been updated since one year, but somebody of the team is still working on it.
The last thing I want to hear is that I must migrate to another multi-lingual tool, since none of the SKT Themes recommended ones do not provide an easy way to migrate.
Having tested other themes (not the SKT ones), many of them are working fine with qTranslate-XT.
Thank you for your help
Cheers

what is the process to update this theme to the latest version as we require some changes in the Team and portfolio display options.
Hi SKT team,
I’m writing to seek your assistance regarding three issues with my child theme associated with SKT Charity Pro.
1) When I choose a particular single post layout, the previous and next posts’ navigations are not clickable. I already checked Customize-> Post & Page -> Single Post Layout* where I chose Single Post Right Sidebar. There are four options in total under Singe Post Layout, but the Single Post Right Sidebar is the one I’d like to use.
The issue occurs only with the Single Post Right Sidebar. When I choose Single Post Right Sidebar, the Previous Post and Next Posts are not responsive on mobile and tablet devices. (On mobile, it is completely not responsive, and on tablet devices, only small arrows are responsive, which is very hard to see, but thumbnail and post links are not responsive). How to fix this issue?
2) As you can see in an example post here (https://www.visionnorth.net/voices-of-north-korea-a-discussion-with-hyeonseo-lee/), the post title is placed under the featured image. Normally, themes should allow to place titles above featured images, and titles and featured images should be dynamically aligned. In other words, when the browser size changes, post titles, and text boxes/featured images should move together in size and direction. However, in the current theme’s settings, the position of titles is completely independent: when the size of the browser is changed, titles are randomly left-sided, center-sided, or right-sided, regardless of the boy text/featured image position, which is not normal. I temporarily put titles under featured images, as you can see across all my posts. How to fix this?
3) When I see post titles on the web version (https://www.visionnorth.net/our-news/), the font size of post titles all look normal. However, when I see the post page on mobile devices, these titles appear too big. How to adjust this title font size on mobile devices without affecting other outlines?
Thanks in advance for your swift attention to this matter.

The problem is that with the skt theme it is not possible to change the background color or the text color for one special site or to use the Gutenberg color options to change the colors of the contact form. How can I solve this problem? The Domain ist feinig.org

Under the doctors area I seem to be able to only have 4 doctors, how can I increase this to six. Thanks.
I changed the shortcode to [ourteam col=’3′ show=’6′] but it still only shows 3 in the top row and 1 in the bottom row.Hello dear SKT team,
I would like to change my header in the mobile view a little bit. (Website: https://dwv-konstruktion.de)
In the following image I have created a small sketch, so that it is clear what I mean:
https://dwv-konstruktion.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Header_changing.png
The distance between the red area and the green area should be increased.
– The red area should always be oriented to the left side (purple) with a little distance.
– The green area should always be oriented to the right side (purple) with a little distance.Greetings
Leon
Topic: Our Team – Customize Colours
Hello,
I’ve created an “Our Team” page here: https://beta.cmccfamilies.ca/our-people/
I want to update the colours so they match the rest of the website in 3 specific places:
1.) the hover colour on the infobox – it’s currently a bright red, and I want to change it to: #c66a20
2.) when you click through to the individual team members (for example: https://beta.cmccfamilies.ca/our-team/martin-itzkow/), the designation and email at the top are currently bright red and again I need them to be #c66a20
3.) the Say Hello button at the bottom – again, currently bright red and I need it to be #c66a20Thank you
