All issues has been done, except theme editor.

Because theme editor is conflicting with the SiteGround Security plugin. If you don’t need the SiteGround Security plugin? So deactivate it.

I resolved this – the skt templates plugin was causing the ajax call to fail. Deactivated and working now…

Hi, I have been using SKT Caregiving for a new site (still in development) and cannot find how to ‘activate’ and apply setting to the navigation for mobile and tablets, etc.

On desktop, the navigation is fine. On tablet or mobile the navigation disappears but no replacement is provided (a top right hamburger icon, for example).

If you could you point me to instructions for this, I’d appreciate it.

I still have a strange issue, destipe the smush plugin has been deactivated. Just look https://presenceaucoeur.com/ and see :

– a big grey bar on the top
– sometimes a timer “loading” turning infinitly. I dont find what can cause this, could you have a look ?

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

#topmenu ul li ul li ul { left:100% !important;}

The slideshow images are not displaying now??

Ans: I think this is happening due to plugin conflicting.

Kindly check for conflicting plugins disable all of the plugins and see if it works.

If its working fine then some plugin is conflicting. Activate them one by one to find out which one is causing problems.

Hello,

We have activate Smash Balloon Instagram Feed plugin and have connected our Instagram account. When we paste de shortcode in any page but we dont see de images, only the instagram butons for subscribing and charge more… We have tested with other more plugins for Instagram Feed but with no luck.

1) Is it possible to activate widget left and right areas in the header? We want to add contact information, social media icons and the language selector at the top, above the menu, but of the 4 types of header layout, none have a widget area in the header.

Ans: This is custom requirement and it will be chargeable extra as the theme doesn’t have this option

2) In the main menu we have an item “Contact” with a submenu. When we click on “Contact” the submenu is displayed instead of opening the corresponding page. How can we correct it?

Ans: Contact menu is working fine as you need. submenu are open while you click contact menu.

In your Documentation you tell that they are in this place. But I can’t see any options. Only start page for activate. But the theme is already working now.
