Pest Control Theme Issue

I’m having an issue with the Pest Control theme. I am trying to select “Hide this Section” toggle for various sections on the home page, but it’s greyed-out and the toggle will not work.

Not correct because someone logged in and made changes to the site. Namely, you disabled a section that was not the section I was trying to disable. I was trying to disable sections 9 and 10, but someone from SKT disabled section 1. The issue is still not resolved because I got an email from support saying “Given to coder next update will again be on support forum itself:” I’ve been subscribed since 2017 and it’s really a pain that it days DAYS, even WEEKS to get things resolved.

I installed the plugin, but it doesn’t work. Again, I need you to re-enable section 1 on the home page. You guys disabled it and I need it back on.

How do I decrease the padding or margins in the homepage sections?

Hi,

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

.home1_section_area {
    padding: 60px 0 0px;
}
.home2_section_area {
    padding: 40px 0 20px;
}
.home3_section_area {
    padding: 60px 0 40px 0;
}
.home5_section_area {
    padding: 80px 0 50px;
}

The slideshow images are not displaying now.

when you click on the misting system link in the navbar, it pulls up that page but it lists the other sub-pages but you can’t click on them so it’s kind of a pointless page when you can’t click on a link from there. Also when you hover over the misting on the menu it doesn’t pull up the misting pages, if you move it around it starts showing some but this isn’t good. the animation isn’t working properly.

Ans: I think this is happening due to plugin conflicting.

Kindly check for conflicting plugins disable all of the plugins and see if it works.

If its working fine then some plugin is conflicting. Activate them one by one to find out which one is causing problems.
