Problem with Our Team in FilmMaker theme

help, please

We decided add members our team to the site but are faced with the problem. It doesn’t work. When adding a member, we get this:

Writes an error:
[an error occurred while processing the directive]

After that we tested also Testimonials, Latest Trailers and Photo gallery.

In Latest Trailers doesn’t see video:

In the photo gallery we do not see the fields for entering information at all

And one more question. Tell me, please, where I can find theme options, if they no on this place: appearance – theme options?

In your Documentation you tell that they are in this place. But I can’t see any options. Only start page for activate. But the theme is already working now.

This option is available in theme Option based theme.

filmmaker theme is based on customizer.

Ok, thank you for detail explanation.

And last question. Before install FilmMaker themes I had free SKT Filmmaker themes. And I upgraded from free to paid theme.

Can I delete the free theme now or should I keep it?

yes you can delete free theme it will not cause any issue in pro theme.

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

.postitle {
    font-family: 'Oswald', sans-serif !important;
}
body {
    font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
}
