Have updated the theme and given you re-access. Activate some other theme. Delete the old one. Download and upload and activate the new one and all should be fine.

Hi,

The answer to this is both yes as well as No. No because these both are separate themes and have their own separate settings (reason is extra settings, shortcodes etc make it difficult within database to save in a single array as is the case with free version).

Now you can install the Pro version and pick your sections code from free and paste it into Pro so this way migration is possible. Free can be activated, section content copied into a Word File and then Pro activation and moving.

Only homepage content needs to be set up rest all the content of inner pages aren’t required for set up.

Sorry for trouble. Kindly download the theme properly it appears download or upload of the theme didn’t happen properly.

Once its downloaded kindly remove existing Pro theme and upload it again and activate.

Let us know if this solves the problem. If still the same problem kindly send us email: [email protected] with your WordPress admin details and we will surely get this fixed.

I am having an error installing BeFit Theme.  When I install, all I get is a blank screen.  I have 1) installed via the wordpress install option with the .zip drive and 2) I have extracted the file and uploaded the folder into “theme” folder with FTP access.  Neither work.

The .zip option just throws a blank screen.  The FTP option shows the folder in the theme section.  If you click “live preview”, it hour glasses, if you click “activate” it throws up a blank page.

Kindly download and should be able to change font family for slider title etc.

Remove the old theme by activating some other theme. Delete the old theme. Upload this new one and activate.

So it seems that the problem was a plugin I had installed. I have now deactivated BUT the reason why I had installed that plugin in the first place is because your portfolio gallery simply does not work.

Sorry about the same. We have updated the theme. Kindly visit your account and re-download the theme. Activate some other theme. Delete the previous theme and upload this one.

Hi Dylan,

Kindly do the following:

Given you re-access to the theme. Kindly download the theme from here:
sktthemes.net/my-account/

Theme Instructions after download:

Kindly visit Appearance>Themes>Activate some other theme for the time being.

Then click on old Pro theme and delete it. Don’t worry deleting the theme doesn’t delete its settings at all.

Then visit Appearance>Themes>Add New and upload the zip you just downloaded of the new theme.

And Activate.

That’s it. Hope you enjoy the updated latest theme.

Once done you will be able to set featured image for each page and set up static images for inner pages.

Hello Shri,

I proceed as you told me but I do not know how or where to go to access these settings, my titles are still on top of the headers and my text as the bottom of them. How do I center them with the new themes updates, downloaded, and activated?
