Theme never changes itself unless and until you activate the free version via Appearance>Themes.

Kindly go to Appearance>Themes and activate the Pro version.

Hi,

All the Jetpack modules can be disabled as needed. Visit the main Jetpack page, where you see the modules listed in that box format. Click on the “Learn More” link for the module, then click on the “Deactivate” button that appears.

Given you re-access to the theme. Kindly download the updated theme via sktthemes.net/my-account and activate some other theme, delete the previous theme and upload this new one and activate.

Hi,

Kindly check if you have any plugin like jetpack activated which has a mobile version within it.

Disable the plugin or remove its extension and you should be good.

After installing the theme, the first thing I did was try to change the logo. As soon as I remove the default logo, the whole header part of the theme stops working. When I do a WordPress data reset and reactivate the theme, it returns to normal. Please advice. thank you

Hello. I have recently installed WP and activated your theme. Everything works perfect instead of homepage slider. I tried to restore default settings, but slider doesn`t work anyway. Where could the problem be? thanks for the answer.

The theme didn’t load properly. Kindly activate some other theme and upload it properly.

If still a problem email us: [email protected] with your url and WordPress admin details.

I was using the free version of SKT Corporate it was working well. When I upgraded to the Pro version I am not able to change any of the Demo information in the Theme. Although all of my information is included in the various pages, menus and posts when I click activate/update only the Demo info appears on my website.

Please let us know what you did (any plugin, cache plugin etc installed, deactivated or deleted).

because theme cannot change overnight on its own.

Hi Carl,

1. The SKT White Free theme contents will remain intact, the custom CSS, the theme options everything will remain as it is.
2. The moment you activate SKT White Pro all this won’t transfer as the white Pro had more parameters it wasn’t possible for us to keep it in the same location of the database and hence what you can do is copy the theme options content from free into Pro and unless your Pro is ready keep using the free.

So you can activate, check the old one. And then activate Pro and keep applying the settings.

I have been using the SKT Corp free theme and today upgrade to PRO. However when I activate it I lose all my site content and it reverts to the demo content. If I preview the theme it works great, but as soon as I activate – all gone. Surely I do not have to rebuild the entire site?

Kindly go to sktthemes.net/my-account/

Login using your email id and password and download the theme again. Activate some other theme. Delete the old theme and upload and activate the newly downloaded theme.

Should work for the header thereafter.
