I have just installed the theme to my site iaati.org.uk and when i activate it none of my pages show.

Does this work with genesis? if not how to do i get theme to work????

Hi! Right after installing Girlie Pro theme Primary menu and slider were working correctly, but now all dissapeared. In console of my browser I see 5 errors like:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)
custom.js?ver=4.4.2:8 Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).prettyPhoto is not a function
Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).nivoSlider is not a function
All plugins now is deactivated.

Also Testimonials shortcode doesn’t work http://mamawriter.ru/otzyvy
And I didn’t find any information how to setup Testimonials Rotator in my sydbar widget.

After spending much of the day trying to get this working I finally fixed it. The issue turned out to be the Jetpack Portfolio plug-in. When I deactivated the plug-in everything sprang into life.

When I click on HOME in the main menu the site loads the Home page as it appeared before I changed from Static page to latest post(as per your earlier advice, thanks for that) (Ie: no sections or 4th column appear) When I click on the Site Identity area the site loads the Home page as it now appears with the sections/4th column etc activated.
How do I ensure that both “clickable areas”go to the same page?

Question 2
When using my iPad the site main menu first appears as a solid bar with no text. Only after scrolling down the page so that the menu goes off the screen then scrolling back up so that it reappears does the menu show correctly?

Kindly re download the updated theme using the same email you got after purchase or else download from sktthemes.net/my-account

And then activate some other theme, delete the old theme (doesn’t delete any data with theme deletion) and then upload and activate the new theme.

Now in this new theme you have sidebar in WooCommerce.

i can see my icons for social media in the original section, i can even find where the code is in the theme option but what is unclear in the documentation and any where in your support is how to activate the social icon to correspond to your personal social media, whatismore, this problem is hrough the website on many sections. such as welcome page, menu at the top, scoail icons in the footer, adding pages, picture in slider all different sizes, edit gallery amd appointment button

Kindly go to Themes>Activate some other theme and delete the existing one and upload and activate the new one.

No the data doesn’t get deleted and should be fine.

can you give a more in depth answer. this is suppose to be helpful for all users, not just those who are use to this. i installed the better font plugin from anothing feed and activated it but i have no way of seeing where to now edit or add social media. please give an indepth explaination.

Given re-access to the theme. Download the new theme. Activate some other theme and delete the old theme and upload and activate this new one.

I have section ‘services’ activated but left the title blanc. Now I see the white space above the services boxes and I don’t like that.

How can I remove the white space?

Hi,

We have updated this theme. Kindly go to sktthemes.net/my-account and download the updated theme.

Then go to Appearance>Themes and activate some other theme. Delete the old theme and upload and activate the new one.

There you don’t have to set up featured image anymore and you can set up images via theme options itself.
