    Hi,

I have a couple of things that I am trying to deal with in the We Bake theme

The logo image is in its own Div which means the nav then sits below pushing more content below the fold, I have tried taking out the <div class=”clear”></div> between them, then the menu floats to the top which can only be fixed by adding padding which is not ideal for mobile, any other sugesstions
on mobile the slider appears above the nav, if I move it below the nav in the header.php it is fine on mobile & homepage but on desktop sub pages the nav is obliterated by the slider.
The Slider text I want on multiple lines justified left, I have it on the left but forced on multiple lines via padding which does not work on mobile

Let me know if what I am attempting is possible?

    Thanks

    John

    Hi John,

Sorry for the delayed response. I think you have modified it a lot and now the logo and menu are very far and in responsive mode as well the site looks a bit messy. Kindly place slider as it was and then we can solve the sub nav menu problem going behind the slider in desktop mode.

    Regards,
    Shri

    Hi,

Yeah I have had to develop the site quite a lot but have also just tried a fresh site as I am coming across a new problem that does not appear in the lite non-pro version – when looking at a single product that has more than one tab, when you click the tab it just takes you back to the top as if there is a href=”#” in there somewhere.

(and it not due to plugins, themes etc as I have tried with Storefront and it all fine also tried with a virgin install and get the same results)

I notice the non pro version has been updated, when will an update will we get an update for the pro, afterall we have paid for it…

    Rgds
    John

    Hi John,

Quick fix kindly go to wp-content/themes/skt-bakery-pro/js/smoothscroll.js

Just rename or remove smoothscroll.js and the tabs should work fine.

Will update the theme today or by tomorrow latest.

    Regards,
    Shri

    Hiya,

Yep that stopped it scrolling, I did have a good look at the difference between the lite & pro but they are both written quite differently, so was not able to apply the fix in the lite to the pro…

Let me know when you have an update, I am in no rush for it as I will have a considerable amount of editing to apply it to my site since I have made large customisations.
    Cheers
    John

    Hi,

I have found a more critical issue.
When browsing the shop on mobile device (width below 720px) the order of the shop items is messed up.
I have 5 items in my test shop, between 721px and 768px I get 2 products wide for the first 4 then 1 below as expected.
    Below 720px I get 2 wide(product A & B) then 1 wide(product C), 1 wide(product D), 1 wide (product E). If i click on product C it brings up product D

This happens in the demo as well as Pro on a virgin install-
    http://sites.pembertronics.co.uk

(no problem with themes like woodizain)

    Thanks

    John

    Hi John,

Sorry for the delayed response but all we see is default html on the homepage.

Kindly save the options for once and show us the real WooCommerce page where products are displayed for us to check and test.

    Regards,
    Shri

    Hi,

I have created a fresh install just for testing your theme-
    http://sites.pembertronics.co.uk/skt/
I have had problem installing the pro theme so it is running the free version but the problems happen with both versions. (this not the first time I have had this issue with your theme)
test at width below 720 in the shop –
    http://sites.pembertronics.co.uk/skt/?post_type=product
and you get test1, test2 on row one
    test3 on row two
    test4 on row three
    test 5 on row four.

click test3 on row two and it takes you to product test4

    hope you can see this

    Kind Rgds
    John

    We got it John.

    Thanks for your extensive explanation.

We will resolve the bug early tomorrow morning and resend the access to the bakery theme.

    Hi John,

Have updated the theme and given you re-access. Activate some other theme. Delete the old one. Download and upload and activate the new one and all should be fine.

    Regards,
    Shri

    Hi,
Thanks for that, I have applied it to the test site and works 🙂
Found out why I was having problems with you seeing anything, this was due to me not going into theme options and saving my setting – worth mentioning to others as it’s an easy solution.

Sorry but another bug I have found –
have a look at http://sites.pembertronics.co.uk/skt/?page_id=25 with a screen between 980px and 1159px (chose ipad landscape, 1024px) and there is extra space to the right of the menu and same with the footer.

    Thanks
    Rgds
    John

    Hi John,

Is it on an actual iPad or on a resized window on desktop browser? Because when we resize desktop browser it doesn’t show actual size of the site hence refresh it.

    Regards,
    Shri
