Given you re-access to the theme to the updated theme.

Kindly download the theme again and activate some other theme, delete the old theme and upload and activate this new one.

You are now able to select only 3 pages and hence show only 3 boxes if you want to.

And then activate some other theme and delete the old theme and upload and activate this new one.

Now your issues:

1. You can redirect any page using any redirection plugin to any category or anywhere else you want to.
2. All boxes are same in new version.
3. In new version the inner page don’t have massive header image as they are managed via theme options itself.

Hi,

Kindly go to sktthemes.net/my-account and view your order and download the latest updated theme.

Then go to wp-admin>activate some other theme, and then upload and activate this new one.

Now you can select only 3 pages and don’t select the 4th page to not show 4 boxes but only 3 boxes.

I just purchased Skt Hotel Pro and can not get it to work.
When trying preview or activate the theme it will not show slides pictures. It just try to load images and nothing more happens …
What could be causing this?

Kindly re-download theme from my-account area and disable and delete old theme and upload and activate the new one and check if that works fine for you.

If not then share details of the site and WordPress admin details via sktthemes.net/contact for us to check why it would throw such an error.

Hi,

I would like to make my website available in two languages (Greek and English). I installed and activated the qTranslate-X plug-in. I read that you recommended it on another post. However, I can’t seem to find the way to make the language options appear on my website (no language selector appears). Is there something I can do? Perhaps modify the header.php file?

Before doing the below steps take a database backup kindly:

Kindly go to sktthemes.net/my-account/

View the order and download the new theme. Activate some other theme, delete the old one and upload and activate new theme.

Should be fine in terms of speed.

Hi,

Kindly re-download the updated theme and you should be able to replace the slider itself if you want.

1. In our slider you can have 1400px wide image and height you can reduce to say 300px. Keep same width and height for all slider images or else you can also replace the slider in the new updated theme.
2. Now it works fine. Download the updated, activate some other theme, remove the old one and upload and activate the new one (no data loss happens).
3. Background and font via appearance>theme options>basic settings.

It is due to slider conflict with the one of the plugin you installed. Try to deactivate some plugin and check slider is working or not.

When I shrink the width of the browser window with the SKT Charity Pro theme, the toggle menu appears as a stripe across the header area rather than extending to the top and bottom behind the logo. is it possible to extend the height of the toggle menu area so it creates a uniform background, or alternatively force the opacity background for the header to 1.0 when the toggle menu activates?

Hi Brian,

Kindly re-download the theme. Yesterday we were uploading the updated theme and it might be possible during update you purchased as i can see from time of purchase.

Please re-download the theme again and let me know if that worked for you.

Delete the old theme and upload and activate new one.

Well if you want to be answered in your own words fine lets be it. I did respond immediately after that we couldn’t upload the theme either send us FTP details or ask your hosting.

You have your cpanel. Did you send us ftp details or cpanel for us to upload theme? No sorry you didn’t.

Did you do what i asked you to do above in the first place i.e. upload the theme and see if everything returns back to normal.

No sorry.

All you want to do is fight and then say your business is sabotaged because of us?

Why what did we do? The error was from your part, you yourself did the mistake and instead of accepting that you are blaming us.

We are supposed to provide themes here and other companies do nothing other than that.

But we try to provide this kind of service to clients so that they don’t feel lurched. But some people want to sit on other people head and want to make drama out of nothing.

We can’t help them.

Now again i am mentioning this. Kindly either ask hosting or provide us ftp or upload the theme via cpanel/file manager and activate it. Should be fine.
