    Hi Andres,

    Kindly go to Appearance>>Themes Activate any other theme and delete the SKT White Theme then reinstall the theme.

    Do not click on restore default button it will remove all the contents.

    Thanks Dave,

    I have deactivated jetpack and I don’t see the m.pepofarms.com.au site anymore – a ‘server could not be found’ message responded.

    next question, on the desktop the main image (only one in slider) has the wording on it. How come it’s not showing on the mobile version – same url: www.pepofarms.com.au on the desktop vs. this screenshot of the iPhone Safari.

    Yes, I used the visual mode, not the text. I’ll use the text mode next time.

    Regarding the newsletter plugin, I don’t know what to insert in the brackets in the Setting->Signup Confirmation:

    This is the email content by MailPoet:

    “We need you to activate your subscription to the list(s): [lists_to_confirm] by clicking the link below:

    [activation_link]Click here to confirm your subscription.[/activation_link]

    I don’t know what to put inside the brackets and if I have to keep the [ ] or not.

    Another one is in Basics->Link to Browser Version:

    “Display problems? [link]View this newsletter in your browser.[/link]

    What do I insert here, what link? And do I insert a link here under Settings or in the newsletter and keep the Settings as is?

    I went to the MailPoet website and under Support I found answers to some other questions I had but I couldn’t find answers to these.

    Hi Dave,

    We are aware of those options, but customize is also a big part of wordpress.

    We have used this theme on many other websites, and the functionality has always remained.

    This website is very similar, so i suspect a newer version of wordpress/a incompatibility is present.

    How can we go about troubleshooting the customize screen being blank? I have ruled out the plugins (deactivated them all).

    Let us know if there is a newer version of the theme, or how we can go about resolving/debugging it.

    I don’t have any widgets activated on any pages.
    There isn’t a page to edit for the top level Our Team page. I add team members via Appearance > Menus
