Design Agency Pro – Customize is Blank

Hi Team,

We have Design Agency Pro, and are wondering if there was an update/more recent version that resolves this issue.

Customize under appearance only shows the left side, the preview pane is blank.

We tried disabling all our plugins, and it still happens.

Let us know if there is a quick fix, or a newer version of the theme. Our download url expired.

Hi Dan,

Design Agency theme comes with Theme Options. Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Option to customize the theme.

Hi Dave,

We are aware of those options, but customize is also a big part of wordpress.

We have used this theme on many other websites, and the functionality has always remained.

This website is very similar, so i suspect a newer version of wordpress/a incompatibility is present.

How can we go about troubleshooting the customize screen being blank? I have ruled out the plugins (deactivated them all).

Let us know if there is a newer version of the theme, or how we can go about resolving/debugging it.

You have redirected you main domain and hence the customize screen is blank.

You are correct, but something has changed recently, as this worked before.

We setup a new website every month this way, by cloning the last version we had worked on.

We have always redirected while working on it, and customize was our way at looking at the homepage. It had worked up until this cloned version (perhaps the latest wordpress update).

Do you know of another way to preview the home page while redirecting?

That’s the end goal.
